Our process is easy and convenient...
1. Submit a Quote Request to us.
We can also provide you with more then one quote.
2. We then will send you a quote to approve and
submit an invoice for 25% down payment via PayPal
(Non-established clients will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit of the estimated project total (the Quote)
before design begins. The remainder 75% payment is due in full before the project is released to you or the printer).
3. Send us your high resolution files.
Via online transfer system or US mail (for more then 150 images mail is recommended).
4. We create the album.
Then send you low-resolution review file or a link to view the album online. Design turnaround is normally
between 5 to 10 business days. We also offer a priority 3 business day design turnaround for an extra fee.
5. You request any desired changes.
We will then make the changes. (We do not charge for changes. However, we do charge for some
photo editing if 50% or more of the photos are needing editing i.e. balance skin tones, remove scanner dust,
remove red-eye, reduce glare, etc. that will be an additional $0.19 each.)
6. Your Approval and Payment
When you have approved the final layouts, we will invoice you via PayPal for the remainder 75% total price.
7. Final Product
Once payment has been made, we send you your high-resolution files on DVD or CD,
or we will continue the process of sending the files to printing and binding. Printing turnaround is normally between 5 to 7 weeks.
